Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Rules for a successful Return
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. - For products where installation is provided by emptykart’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Emptykart authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
- For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):

Tastiest protein i ever had ! No bloating, A1 mixability and the best part is the taste. I think xlr8 is the only Indian brand which is offering a good quality whey protein in a reasonable price. But there are two problems. 1st the packaging is too cheap, I’ve to transfer the whey in another box as you can see in the image & second is they should provide full 30 servings because many people( even me ) looks for a whey which should last upto one month or at least complete 4 weeks. But overall the product js fantastic…

Price wise it’s very good, but packaging needs to be lil improved and product verification method needs to be changed. I could not verify the product by using my mobile camera or a bar code scanner. Please give a scratch code and your website link to enter and verify the product.\n\n\nFurther even though I added one scoop in just 120 to 150ml water and shook it before drinking I felt the protein shake was very thin and doesn’t have that much whey in it. I have used muscleblaze fuel one immunity plus unflavoured concentrate whey and I like it’s taste with 200ml water, it’s thicker and more like drinking a milk product but I felt it very different when I drunk XLR8 unflavoured whey concentrate. Maybe the mixing agent and gum in this whey is not good enough to make protein shake thicker and more tastier. Further one must shake not less then one minute as I got lumps in it. \n\n\nRegarding the performance even though I used one scoop before workout and one after workout I didn’t feel much difference like I feel with fuel one whey. I will finish this pouch as soon as possible and give my final verdict on whether this whey helps gaining mass and loosing fat or…
