Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Rules for a successful Return
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. - For products where installation is provided by emptykart’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Emptykart authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
- For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):
’In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.

This fridge is really the best at low prices from United States Brand’s – Whirlpool. I believe it’s really hard to get a good brand of another brand at this price. Same day installation and demo on the delivery.\nThe technician was available in our locality so luckily got it done.\n\nFirst day review. The cooling is amazingly fast.\nSpacious indeed. More than satisfactory for a family of four. Should check how the power consumption so far is. The blast freeze option is amazing. Ice cubes formed within 30mins.\n\nWill update the review after a month of usage.\nI’d say go for it.\nBecause it’s the only five star rated tripe door fridge in this price segment.\n\nUPDATE AFTER THREE MONTHS OF USAGE :\nElectricity bill in our house use to be around 1.8k a month on an average. After switching to this refrigerator, it’s lowered down to 1.1k per month. A significant change. Adding to this fridge’s power saving, I did change all of my house lightings to 10W LEDs too. Significant saving of an average of 700rs per month on electricity bills.\nIt’s the best fridge at thus price segment. More than enough for a family of four.\nSatisfied….

Excellent product.Fast delivery by Ekart.There was no colour selection,only Alfa steel was available in flipkart.Installation through Flipkart takes minimum two days, but on contacting the local whirlpool centre they installed it on the same day of delivery.Thanks to whirlpool flipkart and Ekart.The product is very useful only drawback is no lighting in the top deepfreezer compartment.Anyway satisfied with this…
