Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Rules for a successful Return
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. - For products where installation is provided by emptykart’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Emptykart authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
- For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):
’In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.

I will just post some things that I wanted to know before buying the fridge but couldn’t find.\n\n1. The word Convertible is kind of misleading. No you cannot turn the freezer into normal fridge. There are some modes like chef mode, party mode etc which is what they meant by the word convertible.\n\n2. You can put 2 litre water bottles on the 3rd door rack by adjusting the 2nd top rack a bit higher. Easy and worthy adjustment.\n\n3. There are adjustable side vents on both near the door which helps in efficient cooling of items on door rack.\n\n4. Auto mode automatically sense the outside temperature and inside load and provide the adequate cooling needed.\n\n5. Compared to the Other main brands in this category, this is the largest (by volume) and most energy efficient (190 units/year) model in this price range.\n\n6. Read the user manual. The whirlpool technician who came for installation was saying some foolish things about the convert button which I later found out was wrong as per the user manual. He was also pushing me to buy stabilizer from them which I rejected. I bought stabilizer from VGuard at a cheaper price.\n\nSatisfied with the purchase , fast delivery and fast…

Average purchase at affordable price. Nothing can be better than this at this price. Only one problem as compressor is not so silent like LG. It makes lot of noise. It will irritate you all the day. Don’t know when it goes for cut-off atleast I haven’t seen…
