- For products where installation is provided by emptykart’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Emptykart authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.

I have been using the tv for more than 2 months. \nThe tv is brilliant at this price point. \nGood things:\nThe size is compact with good viewing angles. The overall build quality of the tv is good. The display clarity is good along with the colour reproduction. HD channels is recommended for best experience. USB port is available to connect your phone/pendrive. The user interface is simple and won’t confuse first time user. The sound is loud enough for 20 sqft room.\nBad things:\nThe remote build quality could have been better but not a deal breaker. Today I received the TV, I have not contacted Kodak customer care for installation though as my wall mount was there previously.\n\nComing to picture quality, I was using VU 24inches TV but one fine day it was faulty so thought of getting a new one, it was very difficult to get a 24inches TV as max of the online portal was selling 32inches and above\n\nSomehow I got this Kodak TV, when I installed it today first difference that we found out was the picture quality, VU picture quality was much better than Kodak TV. Color reproduction was better on VU TV than this Kodak\n\nSound quality was good on this TV\n\nThe so called wall mount tools provided were seriously not good, atleast provide proper wall mounts\n\nI can’t comment on the installation process as I did it…
